The Menopause Transition and Mental Health

Are you experiencing any of the following and you are between ages of 35-60:

  • rise in depressive feelings

  • rise in anxiety possibly with no specific cause

  • intrusive thoughts

  • increased irritability, even rage for small things

  • no longer feel like yourself or feel “crazy” at times

  • waves of uncontrollable crying or tearfulness

  • unable to manage stress at home or work the same

  • feel like you may have ADHD after years of coping

  • new or surprising thoughts of suicide

  • insomnia

  • interest in sex or your marriage has decreased

  • experiencing brain fog

I am a therapist specializing in women’s mental health, particularly in midlife and the menopause transition.
